shipping terms
- All orders are processed within 1 days from the date of purchase. Order confirmation will be provided within this period.
- Kargede is not liable for any lost or stolen parcels during any point of transit from our warehouse to your address. This includes if you authorised delivery instructions for your parcel to be left unattended. It is expected that once your order leaves our warehouse, it is in your care and further under your ownership. It is not our responsibility nor liability to replace any missing items due to the previously mentioned reasons.
- Kargede is not liable for any incorrect information supplied by you, the customer. It is your responsibility to fill out all information accurately. If the shipping address you have provided is incorrect, we are not liable to provide a refund. If we are unable to verify your shipping details or information is missing, we will contact you to confirm your shipping address. Please note, this may cause delays to the processing of your order.
- Kargede will only ship orders on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays). Orders placed outside of business days, will be processed on the following business day.
- Please note, all shipping times are an estimation given by our couriers. We cannot guarantee the arrival date to be within the time frame quoted.

International Shipping
- The following estimates are our current average international shipping times. Accurate shipping information will be provided as soon as your order has been processed. If you have any concerns or general enquiries regarding shipping, please contact our team and we will provide a same day response.
- Standard shipping: 10 – 14 days
- Express shipping: 7 – 10 days
how to track my order
- Your tracking number and details will be emailed to you once your order has been dispatched.
- Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking details to be available for viewing with the courier.

- All stocked items will be dispatched within 1-2 business days from the date the order was placed. However, in periods of high volume, our processing times may increase.

customs import duty & taxes
- Customs fees, tariffs or duties are not included in our online prices and are taken to be the sole responsibility of the customer. We ask that you please familiarise yourself with your country’s unique customs fees prior to placing your order.
- Kargede is not liable for import or customs clearance fees and we do not take responsibility for delays caused by customs clearance. Your parcel is taken to be in your care and under your ownership once dispatched from our studio. Where you are required to undertake customs clearance or engage with a third-party customs broker, you will be responsible to investigate.
- It is at your discretion whether or not you choose to reject your country’s customs fees. Such action will result in the cost of return being deducted from your entitled refund, store credit or exchange note. No refunds will be provided for the initial shipping costs.
- Kargede will under no circumstances falsify any declarations. Under Australian law we are required to declare all online commercial goods as ‘Merchandise’.
- Presently we are unable to ship to Russia. This owes to international trading agreements and regulations.
