Instagram Giveaway Terms and Conditions
Win a signature Kargede silk twill scarf
To celebrate our incredible community of fashion lovers, we are giving away our Signature Kargede Silk Twill Scarves. A total of 12 lucky winners will be selected, with 3 chosen at the end of each month for a total of 4 months. Winners can select any scarf from our range.
1. Eligibility
- The giveaway is open to all Instagram users who are at least 18 years old.
- Participants must be residents of Australia and have a valid Australian shipping address.
2. Giveaway period
- The giveaway will run for a duration of 4 months, starting July 12th 2023 and ending November 12th 2023.
- Each month, three winners will be selected at random from all eligible entries received.
- A total of 12 winners will be chosen across the duration of the giveaway
3. How to Enter
- Like the designated giveaway post found here
- Follow the KargedeAU Instagram account.
- For a second entry, leave a comment on how you would style one of the signature scarves.
- Each participant is allowed a maximum of 2 entries (1 entry for liking the post and following the account, and 1 entry for tagging a friend in the comments).
- Each entry increases the participant’s chances of winning.
4. Winner Selection and Announcement
- Three winners will be selected at random on the last day of each month.
- The winners will be announced on the KargedeAU Instagram account.
- Winners will be contacted directly through Instagram’s direct messaging service.
- If a winner does not respond within 28 days of being contacted, they will forfeit their prize and an alternate winner will be chosen.
5. Prize
- The prize consists of one signature Silk Twill scarf from KargedeAU.
- Each winner will receive one scarf.
- A maximum of one scarf can be won per person throughout the entire 4-month giveaway duration.
- Winners can select any scarf from our range of signature silk twill scarves
6. Prize Claim
In order to claim the prize, winners must:

- Reside within Australia.
- Provide an Australian shipping address.
- Respond to the winner notification within 28 days of being contacted.
Failure to adhere to these conditions will result in forfeiture of the prize.
7. Privacy
- By entering the giveaway, participants acknowledge and agree that their personal information provided in connection with the giveaway may be used by [Your Company/Organization Name] for the purpose of administering the giveaway and contacting the winners.
