How it Works
1) Order as usual.
Checkout in your normal size
2) We email you.
You’ll receive a short message asking for one or two simple measurements.
3) Reply (or skip)
We allow 24 hours for you to reply with measurements. Prefer standard sizing? Ignore the email. Either way, your order ships promptly.

Is it really free?
Yes – custom tailoring is included with every Kargede garment.
Will tailoring affect returns?
No. Your return rights are exactly the same as standard sizing.
What if I don’t reply to the email?
We ship your selected size on schedule. No chasing, no delays.
How accurate do my measurements need to be?
Within 1–2 cm is perfect. If anything looks off, we’ll check in.
Can you do major design changes?
We tailor within the design. If you need something significant, contact us and we’ll advise.
Do you accept customisation for sensory needs or accessibility?
Yes. Such requests are assessed with due consideration for the design integrity and quality of the finished product.
Do you tailor for all genders?
Yes. Our team is qualified to handle a diverse range of anatomy. Clothing is for people, not genders. Simply talk to us, help us understand your unique body and in-return we will take every measure to ensure that your next garment makes you feel and look as incredible as you are.
