Yes – security comes from the buttoned tab and internal overlap. The side belt tie is a refined design detail that drapes at the hip; it finishes the look without relying on it for fastening.
Treat red as a statement neutral. For day: ivory shirting, charcoal knits, camel coats and loafers or boots. For evening: a black or slate blouse, pointed heels and gold jewellery. Red also pairs cleanly with navy, chocolate, stone and deep indigo. Keep tops streamlined so the wrap line and colour lead.
Dry clean (hydrocarbon) only. Do not wash, soak, bleach, wring or tumble dry. Wipe the face with a soft cloth as needed, avoid prolonged heat/sunlight, and cool-iron on reverse only—never the PU face. As with saturated colours, minimise prolonged friction against light fabrics to reduce colour-transfer risk.
