TRANSPARENCY
- It is absolutely essential to us at Kargede that our business practices be made transparent wherever possible. We value our customers above all else and aim to never disappoint. Any and all returns requests which adhere to our policy will be handled promptly, with care and consideration.
CANCELLATIONS
- We utilise automated processes in order to give our customers a timely and efficient experience. As such, orders cannot be cancelled once processed. However, we do provide an extensive returns policy for ensuring that our customers are always happy with their products.
RETURNS
- Our policy lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot fulfil your returns request.
- To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. All tags must still be attached and the original packaging must be used. There must no signs of wear, including damage to the product, colognes/perfumes/odors, and tampering of products tags.
- To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
- Returns will be processed in the form of store credit equivalent to the value of the original purchase. We are unable to offer any refunds.

SALE ITEMS:
- Only regular priced items may be returned, unfortunately sale items cannot be returned.
GIFTS:
- If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you’ll receive a store credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be applied to an account of your choosing.
- If the item wasn’t marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will apply store credit to the purchasing account of the gift giver and notify them of your return.
SHIPPING AND FEES:
Domestic: There are NO FEES charged for product returns – enjoy a fast, free, and convenient experience. You will be provided with a return shipping label. We do not offer home pickup. The parcel will need to delivered to your Local Australia Post store or an appropriate Australia Post Box.
International: Returns need be handled by the customer using your choice of shipping provider. We are unable to provide return shipping labels on international orders.
SHIPPING:
- Once the shipping process has started, the customer assumes full responsibility for the order. This includes, monitoring the shipping status and arranging redelivery where a failed delivery attempt is made.
- Should you incur any difficulties with the shipping of your order, it remains your responsibility to contact the postal service or courier directly, quoting your shipping number.
- Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
- We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and advise monitoring tracking and/or using shippers insurance. All products returned will be the responsibility of the purchaser until they reach the return address.
REDELIVERY:
- In the instance that a courier or postal service is unable to deliver your parcel, you will be contacted directly via the contact information you provided at the time of placing your order. It remains the responsibility of the customer to arrange redelivery.
- Should you fail to organise redelivery and your parcel is returned to Kargede, you will be charged a secondary shipping fee. If your order was placed using a free shipping coupon, you will be charged as per your election for standard or express shipping of the reshipped parcel.
