Transparency
Cancellations
To ensure a fast and seamless experience, orders are processed immediately upon checkout. As such, orders cannot be cancelled once they’ve been processed. However, we offer a comprehensive returns policy to ensure you’re happy with your purchase.
Returns
Our return window lasts 30 days from the date of delivery. If 30 days have passed since your order was delivered, we are unable to process a return.
To be eligible for a return:- The item must be unused and in the same condition in which it was received.
- All original tags must be attached.
- The product must be returned in its original packaging.
- There must be no signs of wear, damage, odour (including perfumes or detergents), or tag tampering.
- Returns will be processed as store credit equal to the value of your original purchase. Refunds are not available.
Sale Items
Only full-priced items are eligible for return. Sale items are final and cannot be returned.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift at checkout and shipped directly to you, we’ll issue a store credit for the value of the returned item. Once received, your return will be processed and the credit applied to a Kargede account of your choosing.
If the item was not marked as a gift, or if the gift giver had the item shipped to themselves before giving it to you, we will issue store credit to the original purchaser and notify them of the return.
Return Shipping & Fees
Domestic Orders (Australia):
Returns are free of charge. Once your returns request has been lodged you will be issued a return shipping label via email. Please note: we do not offer parcel pickup. Returns must be lodged at your local Australia Post store or placed in an appropriate Australia Post box.
International Orders:
Returns must be arranged by the customer. We are unable to provide return shipping labels for international orders. Should your returns claim be successful you will be reimbursed for the returns shipping cost up to a maximum of $50AUD – a receipt of postage fees must be included. It is up to the customer to elect an appropriate postal method within the $50AUD fee cap.
Shipping Liability
Once your order has been dispatched, you assume responsibility for monitoring tracking and arranging redelivery if a delivery attempt fails. Kargede is not liable for missed deliveries, shipping delays, or courier errors.
If your parcel is lost or delayed in transit, you’ll need to contact the postal or courier service directly using your tracking number. We cannot guarantee receipt of returned items and recommend using tracked shipping and/or insurance for your return.
Redelivery
In the case that your order is shipped and a failed delivery attempt is made, your order will be held with a local post office for a number of days as determined by their unique terms of service. If a parcel is returned to Kargede due to a failed delivery attempt and a lack of redelivery arrangement, a secondary shipping fee will apply to have your order reshipped. This fee must be paid before the parcel is resent. Cancelation of your order will not be accepted and no refund will be provided. Store credit may be given under discretion of teh Kargede team.
If you originally used a free shipping offer, you’ll be charged the standard or express shipping rate (as selected) for resending the parcel.Lodge a return today
